2. Scope of Services & Exclusivity
We provide unified digital infrastructure rather than isolated, short-term campaigns. Our core service pillars include:
• Website Design & Development: Custom API integrations, secure CRM architecture, and conversion-optimized platforms.
• SEO Optimisation Service: Technical SEO auditing, schema markup, and long-term search dominance strategies.
• Social Media Management: Cross-channel automation, AI-enhanced synthesis, and compliant content creation.
• Digital Advertising: Targeted campaign setup, pixel tracking, and automated lead routing.
• Branding & Print Design: High-resolution vector production and digital-to-print synchronization for physical marketing assets.

Competitive Fairness & Territorial Exclusivity: To ensure undivided strategic focus and maintain a definitive competitive edge for our partners, YeWebs enforces a strict territorial exclusivity policy. We will not engage with, onboard, or provide digital marketing services to any new client operating within the exact same industry niche if their physical business is located within a 1-kilometer radius of an actively engaged YeWebs client.

3. Industry Compliance & Client Responsibilities
We operate a specialized primary track for the Healthcare, Dental & Medical sectors, alongside High-Ticket B2B & Industrial markets.
• Medical & Advertising Compliance: While YeWebs enforces rigorous internal vetting to align content with healthcare and digital advertising guidelines, the Client assumes ultimate responsibility for ensuring all published materials comply with the specific legal, medical, and professional regulatory standards of their respective local jurisdiction.
• Provision of Materials: The Client agrees to provide all necessary technical data, brand guidelines, and operational access required for YeWebs to engineer and execute the agreed digital systems in a timely manner.

4. Intellectual Property Rights
• Pre-existing Material: YeWebs retains all rights to any pre-existing frameworks, templates, API structures, and development tools used during the project.
• Client Ownership: Upon full and final payment of all outstanding invoices, the Client will assume full ownership of the final deliverables, including custom website infrastructure, branding designs, and specific digital assets created exclusively for their campaign.
• Portfolio Rights: YeWebs reserves the right to showcase the completed project, structural designs, and resulting data (excluding confidential business metrics) within our case studies, portfolio, and marketing materials to demonstrate our 10 years of refined execution.

5. Performance & Platform Disclaimers
• Search & Ad Platform Authority: YeWebs utilizes deep technical strategies to secure search dominance and maximize Return on Ad Spend (ROAS). However, third-party platforms (e.g., Google, Meta, LinkedIn) retain ultimate authority over algorithmic rankings, search indexing, and ad account approvals. YeWebs cannot legally guarantee specific numeric search rankings or total immunity from platform policy updates.
• System Integrity: We build robust, scalable environments designed to permanently eliminate digital friction. However, YeWebs is not liable for structural breakage, downtime, or security breaches caused by third-party hosting failures, unauthorized client alterations, or external software updates occurring after the final handover.

6. Financial Terms & Engagement
• Currency & Conversion Rates: All services, proposals, and invoices are calculated and charged with the Malaysian Ringgit (MYR) as the base currency. For international transactions, any currency conversion will be executed based on the live exchange rate applicable on the specific day of invoicing. All associated currency conversion fees, international bank charges, or transaction costs shall be borne entirely by the Client.
• Billing & Payments: Payment schedules are strictly defined in the individual project proposal. Continued management services (such as ongoing SEO, advertising, and social media management) are billed on a recurring schedule.
• Refund Policy: Due to the intensive strategic planning, technical auditing, and custom development involved in our unified systems, all payments are non-refundable once work has commenced, unless strictly specified otherwise in the Service Level Agreement (SLA).
• Termination: Either party may terminate ongoing management agreements with a standard 30-day written notice, ensuring a smooth handover of digital assets and operational continuity.

7. Governing Law
These Terms and Conditions shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Malaysia. Any disputes arising under or in connection with these terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the Malaysian courts.
